In this project I was tasked with creating a visual design that mimicked those of popular concert series and shows such as Lollapalooza, Rolling Loud and Coachella. My Art Director wanted the focus of the project to be on the Headliner Lil Yachty, so the premise includes waves and similar water sports with the Header image being a yacht emerging from the waves. Similar and previous years projects included rounded serif fonts, so to continue this I modified the typeface chosen to match the style of the illustration. The individual artist cards were used to differentiate for different mediums such as for Social Media as well as large format posters.
